About OJ

OJ Rodriguez was born in Glendale, CA and grew up in West Covina, CA. In 1983 he entered the Real Estate Industry as a Mortgage Banker. OJ was a very ambitious 21 year old who successfully originated FHA, VA, Conventional Purchase Money and Refinance home loans. Within the first two years of his employment he was promoted to the management team and was ultimately one of the youngest professionals to hold the position of Vice President of Operations.

In 1995 0J opened his own Real Estate Investment Firm called National Credit Industries, Inc. National Credit Industries (NCI, inc.) progressively serves the community as a Certified Minority owned and operated company.

After successfully operating NCI, Inc. for three years, OJ realized that being part of the Century 21 Organization would help him better serve his community and grow his business. In 1998 OJ purchased a Century 21 franchise and Century 21 Americana opened its doors to serve the community of Covina, CA. OJ has maintained a consistent commitment to having an office with cutting edge technology while delivering excellent customer service to his clients. As the Broker of Century 21 Americana, OJ has consistently provided all of his agents and staff with all the tools necessary for a successful real estate career, a state of the art environment, unmatched resources and the coaching necessary to produce at the highest levels. He sincerely cares and is committed to helping agents grow and achieve their goals. OJ sits on the Board of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP, Orange County Chapter), the Citrus Valley Health Foundation and the Citrus Valley Health Partners.  OJ currently resides in West Covina with his wife and three children.
